The Oliveos product is the result of a desire to share and have people discover the exceptional taste of the organic olive oil produced by my parents in law in Greece. Ilias and Sofia Dritsas, have for the past 30 years, selected and hand picked their olives which are cold pressed the same day they're picked, so what you find in the bottles has not been altered between the pressing and bottling. Their olive orchards which produces 100% organic olives is located in the village of Vordonia, on a mountain of the Peloponnese, in Greece.
We produce the best organic greek olive oil on the market with a free acidity between 0.3% and 0.5%. The dark green color and taste are exceptional. The taste is very smooth in the mouth and little spicy in the throat.
Our product is certified organic which means their was no fertilizer or pesticides used during the farming for the production of the olive oil. We do have a limited crop production every year.
